                Non-contact Infra-red Laser Tachometer for measuring RPM on rotating shafts, pulleys wheel etc. Laser picks up signal from reflective tape which is placed on the rotating shaft. Accurate to 0.1 RPM, and will measure up to 99,999 RPM
